

It is possible to book tickets online, but you are not required to do so. It is always a good idea to book tickets online at times when large numbers of visitors can be expected, as is the case in the holiday periods.
Tickets can be bought at the ticket machine in the entrance hall, or at the reception desk.
Booking a time slot is not required.

You can still buy e-tickets on the day you intend to visit the museum.

By creating an account, you don’t need to re-enter your credentials the next time you want to buy tickets. Also after creating an account, you can easily refind the tickets you bought or change the tickets to another date.
This is how it works:

(2) Enter your credentials and click the “Sign up” button
(3) Click on the activation link in the e-mail you received. The e-mail is sent from [email protected] to the e-mail address you entered.

As VIP-cardholder with the VriendenLoterij you are entitled to free admittance to Discovery Museum. You may also bring one guest for free. What do I have to do? You book the number of tickets you need as ‘Reservation ticket Vriendenloterij VIP CARD’ and scan your VIP Card at the entrance gate. To make use of the (free) entrance ticket for your guest, you go to the information counter.
With a CJP card you pay an entrance fee of 9 euros. Regrettably, you cannot book a ticket online. Please go to the museum information counter if you want to make use of this discount option. The tours of Revolution Earth are available in Dutch, German and English. You can choose the language when you book your tickets.

It is not required to book tickets in advance, although we recommend advance booking to make sure you can join a tour of the exhibition. Tickets, if not sold out, are also available at the museum ticket office.
A tour takes 45 minutes.
Check the reservation module to see for which time slots tickets are still available. The tour starts at the time that is shown, so we recommend to join the guide at the meeting point not later than five minutes before the start of the tour.
Revolution Earth is an experience for the whole family, but for children the recommended age is 6 years and older.
